X.3 Parameter Description
12 - Flow Control Specifies whether the terminal can control the
flow of data from the PAD to the terminal. 0
indicates no flow control by the terminal, and 1
indicates that flow control by the terminal may be
used.
13 - Line Feed Specifies whether the PAD inserts a line feed
when a carriage return is detected. The possible
values are shown below.
