Send to Folder

The digital sending feature's Send to Folder allows you to scan files and send them to folders on the

network.

E-mail

Assess digital sending feature’s e-mail settings which can include outgoing e-mail server (SMTP), send

to e-mail, e-alerts, and incoming e-mail (POP3).

E-mail Encryption

When enabled on the device, e-mails are encrypted. Select the check box to assess whether e-mail

encryption is set, then select whether to enable or disable e-mail encryption. If enabled, select the
