Calling the Support Center
If you need to call the HP Support Center, make sure to provide as much
information about the problem as possible, including the circumstances
surrounding the error or failure and the exact content of any error
messages and/or codes displayed on the Remote Console PC and/or logged
at the host. The HP Support Center may ask you to send them the history
log files (on the Remote Console PC) for analysis.
