4 Switch Interface Administration
Overview
This chapter provides procedural information and reference information for
administering the supported digital switch interfaces. The Switch Interfaces
menu allows you to define the interaction between the system and the
switches connected to it by allowing you to modify switch interface
parameters and protocol options for digital interfaces.
Switch Interfaces Hardware
The circuit cards that provide digital interfaces have a unique card number
(Card 1, Card 2...Card n) that corresponds to the card slot number. This card
number is used in the fields and windows discussed in this chapter.
