3. Enter the exchange rate for the currency.

Click the Go

icon to accept the defined exchange rate, or the Cancel icon to stop the operation.

5.6 Delete an exchange rate

To delete an exchange rate, complete the following steps:

1. On the Currencies page, check the box beside a currency to select it.

2. Click Define an exchange rate.

3. Enter 0 in the field beside the currency, for the exchange rate you want to delete.

5.7 Modify a currency

To modify a currency name or acronym, complete the following steps:

NOTE: You can modify only one currency at a time. On the Currencies page, check the box beside a currency

to select it.

Click the Modify

icon to access Modify a currency screen.

2. Enter a New currency name or New local name in the designated fields.

Click the Go

icon to save the modifications, or the Cancel icon to stop the operation.

NOTE: You do not have to redefine the exchange rate for a modified currency.

5.8 Delete a currency

Use the following steps to delete a currency:

1. On the Currencies page, check the box beside a currency to select it.
