2 Install Windows® software and
utilities
Introduction
The HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 color MFP M575 and HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 color MFP M575
products both come with software and installers for Microsoft Windows® and Apple, Inc., Mac
systems. For information on support for Linux and UNIX, see
www.hp.com.
This chapter provides procedures for installing and removing the HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 color MFP
M575 and HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 color MFP M575 printing-system software for Windows®
operating systems. The chapter provides information about these topics:

NOTE: If the computer is running a 64-bit Windows® operating system, you must install the
corresponding 64-bit print driver.
If you are installing through the Add Printer Wizard, the files are as follows:
HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 color MFP M575: hpcm575c.inf for 32 bit and hpcm575u.inf for 64 bit
HP LaserJet Enterprise color flow MFP M575: hpcm57Xc.inf for 32 bit and hpcm57Xu.inf for 64 bit
