To process text using the Copy As Text command

1 In Desktop View, select an item.

2 From the Edit menu, choose Copy As Text. The PaperPort software

processes the text with the OCR software and places the editable text on

the Clipboard. You can then paste the text into another application, such

as a word processor.

Note If you want to process only a portion of a page, display the item in Page

View, on the Annotation Tool Bar, click Edit Annotations, and then

select the portion of text that you want to process.
