action on the System object now checks the validity of these two variables.

• Onboard Administrator firmware version is now displayed for NonStop BladeSystem Enclosures

as Bay 1 and Bay 2 OA Firmware Version attributes, located under Logical attributes.

• When establishing an OSM Service Connection session, OSM checks and informs you when

a server certificate for Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) does not meet all requirements for establishing

the trust relationship between the system console and the NonStop server.

At H06.19/J06.08, OSM Service Connection (T0682 H02 ABX) added:

• New actions on the System object to Configure BladeCluster and Clear External Cluster

Configuration.

• Support for new actions on the Processor Blade (BladeSystem) and Blade Element objects to

clear or retrieve the Forward Progress Log.

• The Reboot action on the CLIM object has been enhanced, providing the option to perform a

dump of diagnostic data before rebooting the CLIM.

• Persistence of alarm suppression and problem attribute suppression, across OSM server

sessions. To disable this feature, which is enabled by default in OSM T0682 H02 ABX and

later, see the OSM Configuration Guide.

• Support for HP Insight Remote Support Advanced, including an action to Test Incident Report

Delivery Paths. For more information, see the Insight Remote Support Advanced for NonStop,

located in the Support and Service collection of NTL.

• The online help version of the OSM Service Connection User's Guide has been converted to

a JavaHelp interface that allows direct access from the Help menu of the OSM menu bar,

rather than having to first download the entire help file. (As always, a PDF version is also

available from the NonStop Technical Library at docs.hp.com.)

At H06.18/J06.07, OSM Service Connection (T0682 H02 ABU) added:

• Support for connecting CLuster I/O Modules (CLIMs) to Telco HP Integrity NonStop NS16000

series systems.

Some attributes names displayed in the OSM Service Connection for CLIM and SAS Disk

Enclosure objects have changed.

• Support for BladeCluster Solution.

The OSM Low-Level Link has also been updated to support BladeCluster Solution. For more

• A new space-saving look for the OSM menu bar.

• T0682 ABU also includes a configurable automatic log off security feature in the OSM Event

Viewer. For more information, see the OSM Configuration Guide.

At H06.17/J06.06, the OSM Service Connection (T0682 H02 ABR) added:

• Support for HP Integrity NonStop NS2000 series servers.

• Support for the OSM Data Sanitization Guided Procedure, which is launched from the Perform

Data Sanitization action under the System object.

At H06.16/J06.05, the OSM Service Connection (T0682 H02 ABP) added:

• Support for connecting CLuster I/O Modules (CLIMs) to HP Integrity NonStop NS16000 series

systems.

• Additional support for Telco Alarm Panels, including an action to Start Monitoring Alarm Panel

under the Monitored Service LAN Devices object.

At H06.15/J06.04, the OSM Service Connection (T0682 H02 ABN) added support for HP Integrity

NonStop BladeSystems in a Telco environment, including a SAS Power Supply and Fan object
