Run reports

Reports provide administrators detailed information and compliance of each devices.

The following reports are available:

Executive Summary

Reports the current state of the system. The report includes the assessment risk by device, devices not

assessed, assessment risk by policy item, assessment risk by feature category, and risk summary.

●

Devices Assessed

Lists all the assessed devices. To generate a more detailed report, select individual devices from the

summary list.

●

Devices Not Assessed

Lists all the devices that could not be assessed.

●

Policy Items Assessed

Provides a count of the recommendations and passes for all assessed policy items. The items are grouped

by security feature.

●

Recommendations

Lists all the devices that have at least one recommendation. The list is sorted by the number of

recommendations. To generate a more detailed report, select individual devices from the summary list.

●

Remediations

Lists all the remediated devices. To generate a more detailed report, select individual devices from the

summary list.

To run a report, follow these steps:

1. Log into Security Manager, and then select the Reports tab.

2. On the Reports page, select a group from the Selected Group drop-down list.

3. Select a report from the Report Type drop-down list.

4. Click Show Report.

Each report will display a graphical presentation.

5. In the selected report, click on one of the following icons in the Reports toolbar:

Refresh — Retrieves the latest data and creates a report on the newly retrieved data.

●

Download PDF — Downloads a report in a PDF format and allows you to print a report.

●

Export Data — Exports a report data in a xml or csv le.

NOTE: Use the Reports page to control the print and page layout, specify the reporting time span for the

detailed Remediations report, and optionally select the group.
