Port number of the HORCM instance that manages the P-VOL

Host ID of the host that recognizes the S-VOL

Value specified in HORCM_MON for the P-VOL in the HORCM configuration file
NOTE: In the HORCM configuration file, if HORCM_MON is set to NONE, __NONE__
