Using the software 51

Service Level Exceptions view

The Service Level Exceptions view displays all service level exceptions associated with the selected

computer group.

State view

The State view displays the overall status of HP server hardware, HP Insight Management Agents, and

other HP management services associated with the listed computers.

To view detailed information on the condition of HP Insight Management Agents and other management

services for an individual computer, select the computer in the HP Agent column. The associated data

appears in the State Details pane.
