Click the Filter/Sorting icon

3.4.5 Filtering and Sorting window

Click the Filtering/Sorting icon if you want to arrange data so that it is easier to analyze. In the Filtering

and Sorting window, you can filter data to quickly see only the printing data that you specify. When you are

finished making changes, click Update to apply the filter or sort settings.

Uncheck the Filter Empty Rows checkbox if you do not want to include rows with empty data in the filter.

Check the Filter 1 checkbox to create a filter.

Select a filter condition from the Condition dropdown menu.

Click the Filter On dropdown menu to select a printing data value to filter by.
