Replacement of Pick Roller

You will be removing the pick roller from the printer and installing a new pick roller.

Removing the Pick Roller

Step 1. Remove the Drive Roller (refer to the

procedures in Removing the Drive

Roller from Replacement of Drive

Roller).

Step 2. Remove the two pick roller bearings on

the left and right of the print mechanism.

Step 3. Slide the pick roller out from the left,

then detach it from the main chassis.

Ensure that the clutch spring gear is not

shaken loose.
