200 MHz to 12.4 GHz Sensitivity for Option 124 only
1 Connect the 8340B Sweep Oscillator to Channel 2 of the counter.
2 Change the settings of the Sweep Oscillator to 12.4 GHz,
−
30 dBm.
3 Increase the power level in 1 dB steps until the Counter displays a
stable reading of approximately 12.4 GHz.
The Counter should display 12.4 GHz at
≤ −
23 dBm.
NOTE
Use a power meter and sensor to ensure the accuracy of the power being
input.
4 Sweep the frequencies from 200 MHz to 12.4 GHz.
The Counter should read frequencies from 200 MHz to 12.4 GHz
at
≤ −
23 dBm.
5 Record the actual reading in the Performance Test Record
(Test 4, Line 5).
6 Disconnect the test setup.
