Installation options

The printing-system software can be installed when the product is connected to the computer in the

following configurations:

Directly connected via a USB port

●

Connected via a wired or wireless network

Smart Install will begin when the USB cable is connected. If HP Smart Install does not start

automatically, verify that:

●

Autorun is enabled on your computer

●

There are not any policies that block mass storage device PnP or USB thumb drives

●

You have administrator credentials on the PC
