Before You Begin

Check the kit contents, tools and equipment needed for this conversion in Chapter 1

IMPORTANT Before you begin, make sure you have the most current firmware for the jukebox

controller and the drives for the model and option jukebox you are converting.

Firmware may be obtained at www.hp.com/isgsupport/optical//fw/firmware.html.

FIRST — Record the current configurations and access the working area using

directions on pages 33-3 and 3-4.

THEN:

• If you are using kits C5138J/K/L C1154J/K/L go to page 3-5.

• If you are using kits C5139J/K/L and C1154J/K/L go to page 3-17.
